Hazel's Gourmet Brownies, Inc., is the owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us online, via email or other direct contact from you. We will only use your information to respond to you and to fill your order. We will not share, give, rent or sell your information to any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to process and ship your order.
We request information from you in our shopping cart. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number & expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. If we have trouble processing your order, we'll use this information to contact you.
We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx to ship (whichever gets your brownies to you quicker to preserve freshness) and a credit card processing company to process your orders for brownies and gear purchased. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and processed as a secure transaction. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (shipping or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. When you place an order on our website and pay by credit card, your credit card transaction is transferred directly to Wells-Fargo Merchant Services for processing, via Authorize.net software, a leader in the payment processing industry. Hazel's Gourmet Brownies, Inc., does not receive or store your credit card number.
Unhappy? If for any reason you are not delighted with your Hazel's Gourmet Brownies, we want to make it right. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you replacement brownies. Questions or comments?
